Advanced Burglar Resistant Glazing for Enhanced Building Security
KFORTS brings over two decades of expertise in developing certified burglar resistant glazing systems that meet European standard EN 1627-1630, achieving RC2 to RC6 resistance classifications. Our specialized glass doors and glass windows feature multi-laminated construction with advanced polycarbonate interlayers, providing exceptional forced entry resistance against sophisticated burglary attempts. The 2023 Frankfurt jewelry store incident, where intruders breached conventional glazing within minutes, highlighted the critical need for reliable burglar proof solutions.
Our comprehensive approach extends to internal applications, where glass partitions with forced entry resistant properties protect sensitive areas in financial institutions and corporate facilities. All systems integrate reinforced framing and multi-point locking mechanisms compliant with EN 14351-1, ensuring complete security integration. KFORTS' innovative glass curtain wall solutions maintain RC4 security ratings while meeting thermal and acoustic performance requirements under EN 12758. Our commitment to burglar resistance excellence ensures buildings remain protected against evolving security threats.
