1. Introduction
KFORTS thermochromic smart glass consists of a reversible temperature‑responsive light‑control layer laminated between two clear glass panes. Triggered by surface temperature, it automatically switches between clear and frosted states. Once temperature exceeds the threshold (e.g. >30°C), the glass turns frosted to block solar heat while retaining natural daylight, and reverts to clear when cooling down.
This passive glazing requires no power, controllers or wiring for its self‑adaptive solar‑heat regulation.
