Product Description
Detailed Specifications & Features
Basic idea and specifications
Compliant with EN1063 international ballistic security standards (BR2‑BR7), KFORTS ballistic bullet-resistant laminated glass delivers reliable bulletproof performance and structural stability. It effectively withstands handgun, rifle and shotgun projectile impacts, blocking ballistic penetration while maintaining clear architectural transparency and visual consistency.
Covering full EN1063 ballistic grades from basic BR2 pistol protection to the highest BR7 rifle protection level, the complete glass assembly passes standardized multi-shot ballistic impact tests, delivering stable, verified bullet-resistant performance against different firearm threats.
Fully compatible with high-load door, window and curtain wall systems, the glass matches all KFORTS multi-functional security facade solutions, including acoustic, hurricane-resistant, burglar-resistant, anti-vandal and blast-resistant systems. It integrates perfectly with reinforced aluminum profiles and patented multi-point locking hardware to achieve robust structural stability, tight sealing and slim aesthetic appearance with customizable finishes.
Core Uniqueness & Advantages
KFORTS ballistic system adopts high-density multi-layer laminated glass structure, balancing professional ballistic protection and modern architectural aesthetics. It supports flexible composite security combinations for high-end and high-security critical projects.
🔒 Professional ballistic resistance: Multi-layer composite structure absorbs and dissipates projectile kinetic energy to prevent bullet penetration.
🔒 Full EN1063 grade coverage: Supports customized BR2–BR7 ballistic levels to defend against pistols, magnums, rifles and shotguns for diverse security scenarios.
🔒 High-load system adaptability: Fits heavy-duty door, window and curtain wall frameworks, cooperating with reinforced profiles to avoid structural deformation and ballistic breach.
🔒 Multi-protection compatible: Can be freely combined with acoustic, hurricane, anti-vandal and blast-resistant functions for integrated multi-level building security.
🔒 Safe post-impact performance: Laminated interlayer firmly retains cracked glass, preventing fragment splash and secondary injury after ballistic impact.
Market Demands in Modern Society
Modern security-sensitive buildings face growing threats of deliberate armed attacks and violent ballistic intrusion. Ordinary architectural glass offers zero ballistic protection and poses severe safety hazards. Government, financial and high-security facilities require certified, stable and aesthetically friendly ballistic solutions. KFORTS system provides professional bulletproof protection while maintaining building beauty and daily practicality.
Typical Applications
Suitable for high-load door, window and curtain wall systems in government facilities, financial institutions, military sites, embassies, detention centers, premium commercial buildings and key security infrastructures. It perfectly matches all KFORTS security facade systems to provide integrated, long-lasting ballistic protection and comprehensive building envelope safety.
