Complying with EN356 (glass P2A-P8B) and EN1627-1630 (system RC1-RC6), KFORTS burglar-resistant and forced-entry-resistant windows and doors are engineered to provide exceptional security and peace of mind, with advanced features that make them highly resistant to break-ins, forced entries, and other forms of unauthorized access.
KFORTS burglar‑resistant windows, doors and curtain walls feature system‑wide anti‑burglary performance, achieving a maximum security grade of RC6 in accordance with EN1627. The complete system passes static load tests, dynamic impact tests and manual‑tool attack tests.
Burglar resistant RC6 according EN1627-1630, is resistant to manual and electrical tools including a 1050W electric drill, a 2300W angle grinder, a 230mm diameter discs (3mm thickness), a 800mm length & 3.5kg weight spalling hammer and 200mm length & 80mm width & 40mm height steel wedges. Test is successful if it was not possible to open the door or to form an opening after 20 minutes intensive attack (total test time up to 50 minutes).
Equipped with our proprietary multi‑point locking mechanical hardware — a KFORTS patent — and aluminium profiles reinforced with ballistic‑grade steel plates, the systems deliver superior forced‑entry resistance. Custom‑finish colour options support premium visual aesthetics. Our slim aluminium profiles maintain high‑level security ratings and can be integrated with ballistic‑resistant functions for combined protection. The sight width measures 80 mm for windows, 140 mm for doors and 90 mm for curtain‑wall applications.
